MEDITECH customers are standing out according to a recent report published by Digital Health Intelligence. The report, which examines Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) scores of NHS trusts and Integrated Care Systems across England, reveals that three out of the five top scores for digital maturity belong to sites using MEDITECH’s EPR.

NHS England’s DMA self-assessment tool scores organisations from one to five, helping them identify key areas of success as well as improvement, as they look to leverage digital technologies to enhance patient outcomes. NHS England has set a priority for all trusts to have a minimum level of digital maturity in place by 2025. The DMA tool is intended to provide insights into each organsations’ digital readiness.

As stated in the story by Digital Health, “the top performing trusts overall in the DMA achieved scores ranging from 3.6 to 3.9 according to the DHI report.” Among the top five trusts, three have installed an EPR system from MEDITECH.

The report's results are giving organisations food for thought, as they were released ahead of NHS England’s questionnaires for the 2024 DMA.

“MEDITECH is committed to delivering transformative EPR solutions,” said MEDITECH UK and Ireland Executive General Manager Charlotte Scott. “We are proud of our strong and progressive partnerships throughout England and are dedicated to helping our customers improve patient care.”
