The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives has announced the agenda for the virtual CHIME21 Spring Forum, which takes place from April 13-15. MEDITECH CEO Howard Messing will be a panelist on the opening keynote panel, “Future Vision for Health and Care: What’s Coming Over the Horizon,” also featuring Judy Faulkner, founder and CEO of Epic, and Brent Shafer, chairman and CEO of Cerner.

“Even as our industry confronts enormous challenges in this moment, we are also seeing tremendous opportunities for innovation," said Messing. “I'm looking forward to having a discussion about how EHR leaders can continue to advance our technologies and support clinicians, while also contributing to the betterment of healthcare's future.”

Event programming is focused on three themes that are driving digital innovation in healthcare: The Views from Health Tech, The Views from Big Tech, and The Health Provider Voice.

“CHIME has always offered a collaborative environment that is ideally suited to bring people from across the industry together to learn, share ideas, and transform healthcare,” said CHIME President and CEO Russell P. Branzell, FCHIME, CHCIO. “The CHIME21 Spring Forum retains that welcoming CHIME spirit but with a whole new format featuring amazing speakers, all-live programming, and lots of opportunities for digital healthcare executives to meet and network.”

The forum is open to members of CHIME, CHIME associations (AEHIS, AEHIT, and AEHIA), CHIME Foundation and association Foundation firms, and interested healthcare leaders and executives.
