As British Columbia’s largest health authority, Fraser Health(Surrey, B.C.) provides care to 1.9 million people in a geographically large and diverse area. To provide clinicians with one patient view across the region and improve care delivery, Fraser Health is undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation, including implementing MEDITECH Expanse as its foundation.
The first site, Eagle Ridge, has already gone live with Expanse and experienced benefits such as time savings reported by the nursing staff. As a result of this success, Fraser Health accelerated the implementation timeline for the remaining sites.
