    Just when providers were getting their initial reports in 2023 and developing strategies to improve results, CMS announced plans to change several of the measurements in substantial ways. The pivot to the GG items to assess functional abilities and how “improvement” is determined, combined with an adjustment to the hospitalization measure, have a baseline year of 2023 data. 2024 will require a focus on both the current and future factors used in the HHVBP model. Join Cindy Krafft as she addresses these planned changes and provides insights into effective planning for home health value-based purchasing in 2025 and beyond.
