    During this workshop, we will explore leveraging Expanse, EHR Excellence Toolkits, and Analytics to accelerate improvement within your organization. We will work on identifying improvement targets specific to your organization, current performance, and goals. From there, we will explore MEDITECH tools, best practices, and strategies to achieve and accelerate improvement. Additionally, we’ll provide guidance and insights on incorporating Expanse tools and analytics to achieve organizational peak performance. We will also spend time on health equity and social determinants of health (SDOH) assessment development, tying key SDOH factors with health outcomes and indicators.
