MEDITECH’s employee-led Workplace Communities aim to foster cohesiveness among groups and encourage communication with peers who share similar interests and identities. Our communities are formed around common experiences and are instrumental in fostering a sense of community and belonging.

MEDITECHers of Color Alliance

MOCA provides a safe space for BIPOC staff of the African Diaspora to gather and discuss topics unique to their experiences in the world.

MEDITECH MOSAIC

MOSAIC is a space where MEDITECHers join and celebrate the cultural wealth that is found in celebrating diversity.

Rainbow Pride MEDITECH

Rainbow Pride MEDITECH (RPM) offers a welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ staff to gather and share unique experiences and challenges.

Pacific Islander Asian American Circle

Staff members of Asian descent gather and discuss topics related to culture, current events, and life experiences.

MEDITECH Veterans

The MEDITECH Veterans Community aims to embrace our employee veterans, those serving in the National Guard and Reserve, and employees with friends or family in the military.

Disability Discussions

The Disabilities Discussion Group provides an opportunity for MEDITECHers to share their unique experiences and challenges with regards to disabilities.

Women in Tech

This community offers an environment where staff can discuss the rewards and challenges women experience in the tech industry, and raise awareness about conscious and unconscious bias.

MEDITECH Nurse Assembly

The MEDITECH Nurse Assembly mission is to facilitate ongoing connections, collaboration, and education for the nurses at MEDITECH.

MEDITECH Art Liaisons

The MEDITECH Art Liaisons are a group of staff members who work with MEDITECH's Art Liaison Coordinators and MEDITECH's Art Consultant. Each liaison donates their time and efforts in order to promote collaboration, communication, and creativity through the artwork on our walls, and a rich variety of workshops, curated shows, and special events!
