Join us for a demonstration of Expanse Patient Care and get an inside look at the intuitive, workflow-driven tools nurses use to coordinate care, monitor patient populations, and ensure quality outcomes. We will also take a look at MEDITECH's latest tools for nurses, including our Point of Care solution, which allows nursing staff to use smartphone-type devices to view patient charts, document notes, and safely administer medications. You’ll see how Expanse increases mobility and facetime with patients, enhancing both the nursing and patient experience.Expanse Patient Care in the ED
Discover how Expanse Patient Care enables your emergency department nurses to treat patients safely, quickly, and efficiently in their fast-paced environment. During this demonstration, you’ll get an in-depth look at how Expanse supports the natural exchange of information between your organization’s acute, ambulatory, and ED settings, helping to expedite care and providing clinicians with a complete patient picture to make more informed decisions. You’ll also see how the EHR’s intuitive web navigation provides seamless workflows for receiving, triaging, ordering, documenting, managing, and discharging patients all from one location.Virtual Patient Engagement
Getting — and keeping — patients involved in their own care is the foundation of a positive patient experience. Patients can access their health records and interact with their providers via MEDITECH’s MHealth app and Patient and Consumer Health Portal through virtual visits, direct appointment booking, secure provider messaging, and online questionnaires. You’ll see how to better manage patient populations, especially those with chronic or pre-existing conditions, by having patients upload data from both medical devices and personal fitness trackers. We’ll also walk through our Virtual On Demand Care functionality that enables patients and community members to be seen by the next available clinician.Expanse Surgical Services
See how MEDITECH's Surgical Services empowers your organization to better manage surgery workflows and patient care. During this demonstration, we’ll walk through the traditional workflows of support staff and surgical nursing staff, focusing on scheduling tools, Preference Card management, and perioperative documentation. We’ll also highlight automated billing and reporting capacity.Expanse Labor and Delivery
Find out how Expanse Labor and Delivery is designed for nurses to take on the unique responsibilities of caring for their newest and smallest patients, as well as their mothers. MEDITECH’s integrated EHR provides nurses a complete record of prenatal episodes at the point of labor, where documentation is facilitated consistently across both the mother and baby's charts. This demonstration will also show how labor and delivery care providers get access to clinical data from both MEDITECH and other fetal monitor systems in one location.Expanse Point of Care
For nurses and therapists, a majority of care takes place at the patient’s bedside. Shouldn’t their tools place them there? MEDITECH’s Expanse Point of Care solution empowers clinicians to engage with patients while enhancing mobility, patient safety, and patient experience. Learn more about how this innovative, web-based handheld tool puts medication administration, documentation, and chart review in the palm of your hand.Business and Clinical Analytics
