In the session, “From Provisioning to Precision: Elevating Revenue Cycle Performance with MEDITECH,” Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) and Nordic Global shared how SEARHC transitioned to MEDITECH Expanse, gaining real-time denial insights, clearer accountability, and streamlined claims management. The session highlighted how integrated tools support IHS-specific needs and help rural and tribal health organizations meet regulatory demands while improving financial outcomes. Attendees learned practical strategies for modernizing revenue cycle operations and building sustainable, patient-centered financial models.

Registration Quality: Building Accuracy from the Ground Up

Accurate registration is the foundation of patient care, revenue integrity, and efficiency at Roosevelt General Hospital. During their session, “Show me the STATS,” Cascade Medical Center shared how their team built a strategic roadmap to improve financial performance through data-driven strategies, workflow automation, and patient engagement within MEDITECH Expanse. Through digital transformation, Cascade has minimized denials, increased clean claims rate, and improved cash flow.
