MEDITECH will host its premier leadership summit, MEDITECH LIVE, from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1, 2026, at the MEDITECH Conference Center in Foxborough, MA. The three-day event brings together healthcare leaders to discuss industry challenges, share strategies, and inspire collaborative transformation across the care continuum. This year’s conference focuses on intelligent innovation, actionable insights, and practical solutions that empower organizations to deliver exceptional care.

August 12, 2026 — 

On August 6th, the Aga Khan University in Nairobi hosted DataFest Africa 2026. Framed as a community baraza under the theme Kujenga Na Data | Building with Data, the gathering brought together researchers, technology innovators, policymakers, and industry experts to address critical questions surrounding ethical innovation, local context, and community-centered data systems.

MEDITECH recently welcomed more than 100 healthcare professionals to its Foxborough campus for the inaugural From Live to Optimized: Advancing Clinical Efficiency event, a new summit focused on helping organizations maximize the value of their Expanse EHR through workflow optimization and clinician efficiency initiatives.

MEDITECH is expanding its Expanse AI portfolio to further improve the clinician experience, empower patients, and maximize financial performance. One of the most impactful solutions is the introduction of native ambient intelligence for physicians and nurses. Additional AI solutions introduced at HIMSS26 include Claim Denial Agents, MyHealth Assistant, and Ask Expanse.
