Congratulations to Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital (Toronto, ON) for earning Analytics Adoption Model for Analytics Maturity (AMAM) Stage 7 recognition from the Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS). The HIMSS AMAM model evaluates how effectively organizations use analytics strategies to achieve meaningful outcomes. The Stage 7 award highlights the hospital's advanced use of analytics to enhance care delivery and organizational performance.
Holland Bloorview’s Chief Information Officer of Information Management & Technology Pakizah Kozak shared the exciting news on a LinkedIn post noting that HIMSS leadership recognized the hospital for serving as an “exemplary model of how data can drive organizational improvement and be effectively applied in real-time decision-making.”
“I am proud to lead a team dedicated to analytics expertise and committed to leveraging data to enhance client care and operational efficiency,” said Kozak. “I want to thank our IMT team and our clinical stakeholders for all their work in achieving this recognition.”
Holland Bloorview's recognition places it amongst a select group of healthcare organizations globally. It is also only the second hospital in Canada to achieve AMAM Stage 7. Both hospitals to reach AMAM Stage 7 use Expanse.
