eHealth Partnership Unites Ontario Hospitals on MEDITECH (Video Series Part 2)

We recently announced a first-of-its-kind partnership among three Ontario hospitals to integrate their Health Information System (HIS) and accelerate the adoption of MEDITECH's 6.1 Web EHR across all three organizations.
 
In a five-part video series, we’ll explore the benefits to both patients and staff, from the patient experience and population health to creating efficiencies and economies of scale. You’ll hear from c-level executives from Markham Stouffville Hospital, Southlake Regional Health Centre, and Stevenson Memorial Hospital, who’ll discuss these topics as well as how the partnership aligns with the eHealth 2.0 Blueprint, setting the stage for others to follow.
 
In Part 2 (above), hospital leaders discuss the benefits to patients, including plans for incorporating MEDITECH’s Patient and Consumer Health Portal to help engage them in their care.
