The Chartis Group recognizes over 40 MEDITECH customers in their annual critical access and rural hospital awards

The Chartis Group recently released its list recognizing the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals and Top 100 Rural and Community Hospitals. Among the recipients were 44 MEDITECH customers who were commended for their dedication to providing personalized care to the communities that depend on them:

• 55% of the MEDITECH customers on the Rural and Community Hospital list are currently LIVE with Expanse, demonstrating the value that MEDITECH’s web-based platform provides to rural organizations in delivering care to their communities
• 96% of MEDITECH customers on the list of Top Rural and Community Hospitals and 81% of the Top Critical Access Hospitals have been with MEDITECH for 10 years or more.

Fairview Hospital, a MEDITECH customer for over 23 years, has been awarded a spot on the list of critical access hospitals for the past five years and continues to excel in meeting patient and provider needs with MEDITECH solutions. 

Recognized on the same list were four organizations that recently signed with the company’s cost-effective and scalable EHR solution, MEDITECH as a Service (MaaS). With increased flexibility and customization capabilities, MaaS empowers organizations to provide quality care seamlessly to their community. 

These high-achieving organizations continue to excel in securing better outcomes while increasing patient satisfaction and the quality of care they provide. The Chartis Group uses results from the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX to determine their annual list of top performing rural and critical access hospitals.
