MEDITECH Asia Pacific Community
At MEDITECH Australia, we are proud to support a variety of organisations and initiatives each year, reflecting our strong commitment to giving back to the community and supporting families in need. These activities are a way for us to contribute to the causes we care about, and we look forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Surfebruary!
Every February, our team participates in Surfebruary, a unique challenge where we swim on designated days to honour World Cancer Day and raise funds for Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. At least one staff member swims each day throughout the month, promoting teamwork, healthy habits, and raising money for the vital work being done at the Lifehouse.
We are proud of the positive impact these initiatives have and are committed to continuing our support for causes that make a meaningful difference. We look forward to growing our efforts and contributing even more to the communities that need it most.
Dry July
We proudly take on the Dry July challenge, where our team commits to giving up alcohol and sugar for the entire month. Beyond the personal health benefits, the initiative raises vital funds for Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, supporting their incredible work in cancer research and patient care. We are grateful to our team for their determination and collaborative spirit, which contribute to this successful fundraising effort.
Christmas Toy Drive
Each year, we team up with the Salvation Army to run a successful Christmas Toy Drive, bringing festive joy to families across Australia. Along with collecting toys, our efforts also include providing food hampers and financial support to families in need during the holiday season.
