Through a partnership with MedPower, MEDITECH is offering new e-learning courses that provide IT support teams with a summary of clinical improvements in priority pack updates. This initiative is intended to help our customers more effectively implement these important enhancements.
Covering Release 2.2 Priority Packs 71-72 (2.1 Priority Packs 81–84), the most recent course emphasizes various topics relevant to acute and ambulatory providers. Additional educational modules are planned for future release.
Accessing the EHR Priority Pack Update Courses
- MEDITECH licensed Expanse customers without a current MedPower subscription:
- All licensed Expanse customers will soon have access to the Optimization Education Tool (OET) program, which includes a limited MedPower subscription. This limited subscription allows a designated number of IT users access to the EHR Priority Pack Update courses.
- MaaS and Licensed customers with a current MedPower subscription:
- EHR Priority Pack courses are available in the MedPower catalog
