MEDITECH is strengthening our commitment to delivering consistent and exceptional customer support and services. As we continue to evolve as a customer-experience-driven organization, we reorganized our customer-facing teams responsible for implementation and service, effective August 1. This new structure will ensure our customers are at the center of everything we do.
By creating two distinct and dedicated teams, Implementation and Service, we believe we will provide a better experience throughout the customer journey. Vice President Carol Labadini will lead our Implementation team, which will focus exclusively on the successful deployment and initial adoption of our Expanse solutions. Vice President Shannon Connell will lead our Service team, which will provide ongoing support and guidance to foster stronger partnerships.
