Please note that beginning on February 1, 2026, users will be prompted to log in to Expanse Patient Connect using their work email address and a newly created password. The current method for receiving a login code will be discontinued. Additionally, multi-factor authentication (MFA) or single sign-on (SSO) can be enabled for enhanced security.
