AARP Spurs Health Technology Innovations for Older Consumers

AARP is using its strength to help drive improvements to health maintenance and wearable technologies that facilitate wellness initiatives, and enable older adults to age at home.

The Project Catalyst initiative considers the needs of both older adults and their informal family caregivers, giving 50-and-over consumers as well as their Millennial and Gen-X loved ones opportunities to contribute feedback on technology design and functionality.

In addition, AARP recently joined with J.P. Morgan Asset Management to create the first ever “innovation fund.” The fund will spur development of products that better the lives of older adults.
