UK e-Health Week 2018

London, GBR
May 15th - 16th

Healthcare is going through a digital transformation. Stop by stand #254 during UK e-Health Week 2018 to learn how MEDITECH is leading the charge.

Stop by MEDITECH's stand #254 during UK e-Health Week 2018 to learn more about how we’re bringing IT usability, mobility, and flexibility to a whole new level.

Join us on at our “unplugged” stage on the main exhibition floor, as we proudly introduce our next-generation web platform, Expanse. We’ll also formally announce the newly incorporated MEDITECH UK. Our team of marketing consultants, including representatives from MEDITECH UK, will be on hand to showcase the power and depth of our new platform. You’ll see how it helps deliver seamless care coordination between acute and community settings.

During the Global Digital Exemplars Zone, now in its second year, you’ll hear from Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust CCIO Dr. Richard Griffiths. He will discuss Clatterbridge’s journey as a designated fast follower to Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, and review what both specialty GDEs have learned — and gained — from being part of the NHS’ digital transformation initiative. You’ll hear key insights encompassing process redesign and innovation, as well as clinical engagement, as GDEs look to information technology to help close the gaps within the health and care system.

Dr. Griffiths will also be available at our stand to answer questions on Clatterbridge’s GDE journey, as well as his experience with the MEDITECH EPR. He was instrumental in the 2016 deployment of the MEDITECH EPR, resulting in greater efficiencies throughout the network of cancer centres.

The recent formation of MEDITECH UK demonstrates our commitment to the UK and Irish markets. The establishment of an office in the UK will provide local-based expertise and support for our next-generation web EPR, designed to meet  digitisation and transformation efforts across NHS and private healthcare sectors.
