Description

As a Software Support Technician at MEDITECH, you will get to use your strong technical aptitude to enhance your programming skills, all while aiding in the delivery of safe and effective patient care. As a member of our Client Services & Implementation team, your job would require you to:

  • Coordinate and deliver software patches to customers, customizing code as needed to function in supported software releases
  • Provide support in day-to-day operations for Programmers and support personnel 
  • Assist in the management of customer accounts, which includes working with Client Services staff to address customer issues 
What You Should Have
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, with course work in a computer programming related field (i.e. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering)
  • Knowledge of a high-level programming language, such as C++ or Java is a plus
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
