As a MEDITECH trainer, your facilitation allows clinicians to successfully utilize our Population Health Solution and assists providers in the delivery of exemplary patient care. On a daily basis, you are educating care managers, physicians, nurses, and medical assistants on these tools and data that facilitate delivery of quality, cost effective patient outcomes. As a member of our Client Services & Implementation team, your job would involve:

  • Training and installation of our Expanse Population Health solution

  • Acting as the primary contact for our Population Health clients throughout the implementation process

  • Learning and implementing MEDITECH's Population Health software as well as other points of integration in the Expanse EHR

  • Gaining a working understanding of the Arcadia data asset that includes aggregated Expanse data and external claim data

  • Assisting your customers with developing workflows that leverage data to stratify patients based on risk, chronic conditions, and insurance product to effectively close gaps in care

  • Aiding customer in analyzing population health data¬†

  • Conducting hands-on training sessions for staff such as care managers, population health data analysts, physicians, nurses, and medical assistants

  • Multi-tasking and communicating with staff members across MEDITECH's Ambulatory, Acute, Emergency Department, and Home Health applications

  • Providing customer service and troubleshooting application software and data issues

  • Working in a team with programmer analysts to resolve any technical issues

  • Working on group projects, interacting with development staff, and mentoring co-workers

  • Processing requests for system enhancements or modifications to our evolving software

  • Designing and maintaining application documentation

  • Updating and maintaining an online project tracking system

  • Traveling 60-75% of the time anywhere within the United States and Canada to conduct new customer training

What You Should Have
  • Bachelor's degree and/or applicable training and education, or customer service experience preferred and/or related military experience

  • Clinical experience in a physician office, accountable care organization, care management program or similar setting preferred

  • Working knowledge of value based care

  • Familiarity with various care management programs such as chronic care management, transitional care management

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

  • Strong desire to learn
