The Content, Branding, and Digital Marketing Specialist works within the experienced Sales & Marketing team at MEDITECH to develop and execute creative marketing strategies through email campaigns, websites, blogs, social media, event materials, and other content types.

This position requires understanding of analytics-driven design and editorial decision-making to improve UX, drive business, and support MEDITECH’s brand identity. Strong analytical as well as writing skills are a must.

As a member of the Sales & Marketing team, your job may include the following:

  • Draw conclusions from website analytics and proactively suggest strategies to enhance user experience
  • ​Assist with increasing SEO for content across all channels
  • Help optimize the MEDITECH website, blog, landing pages, and messaging via A/B and multivariate tests and other methods
  • Create outstanding content, including: blog posts, web campaigns, emails, web content, event materials, and executive presentations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a corporate blog and editorial calendar
  • Provide post-campaign reports detailing KPIs and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate on projects with other marketing groups, sales representatives, executives, and technology groups
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and make recommendations on tools, processes, project ideas, etc.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual digital marketing analytics reports
  • Maintain brand identity through company-wide best practices
  • Interact with executives, and present high-level marketing projects to various stakeholders
What You Should Have
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or business required

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or blogging

  • Strong marketing writing and analytical skills

  • Experience using a marketing automation platform like Hubspot

  • Proven ability to quickly learn new products, government regulations, and/or health care issues, and create effective messaging

  • Some experience using Google Analytics or other website analytics tools

  • Experience publishing articles using a Content Management System (i.e. Drupal, Wordpress, etc.)

  • Knowledge of SEO/keyword strategies and demonstrated experience in applying that knowledge

  • General knowledge of B2B marketing strategies

  • Aptitude for web tools and a passion for researching and quickly learning new marketing technologies

  • Knowledge of presentation writing tools, such as Prezi, a plus

  • Extremely proactive, positive, energetic approach in a fast-paced, agency-like environment
