Chris Anschuetz

Mr. Anschuetz began his MEDITECH career in 1975 as a programmer, and soon became one of our key research and development resources. He developed several information systems outside the healthcare industry, which brought in essential revenue necessary to fund the development of MEDITECH's early Health Care Information System.

In later years, he helped set technical direction for our products and core technology, including programming languages and database technologies. He also helped build and maintain corporate relationships with MEDITECH's technology partners.

He remains now in an Emeritus role, offering advice and opinions on matters of interest, whether solicited or not. He is particularly engaged in championing improved accessibility (for people with various disabilities) for MEDITECH's products and software in general.
